Banyuasin Regency's economy in 2021 grows 3.84 percent

Abstract

The economy of Banyuasin Regency based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) based on current prices in 2021 reached IDR 30.98 trillion, an increase compared to 2020 which reached IDR 29.10 trillion.
Based on 2010 constant prices, the GRDP value of Banyuasin Regency in 2021 increased from the previous year, from Rp. 19.99 trillion to Rp. 20.77 trillion.
The economy of Banyuasin Regency in 2021 grew 3.84 percent, faster than the previous year's economic growth which reached 0.13 percent.
In terms of production, growth was driven by almost all categories of business fields, with the highest growth being achieved by the Wholesale and Retail Business Fields; Repair of Cars and Motorcycles which grew by 7.29 percent. China with an import value of US$ 96.18 million, followed by Malaysia with an import value of US$ 57.08 million
