Economic Growth of Banyuasin Regency in 2020

Abstract

The economy of Banyuasin Regency based on the amount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) at the current price of 2020 reached IDR 29.19 trillion, an increase compared to 2019 which reached IDR 28.67 trillion.

Based on constant 2010 prices, the PDRB value of Banyuasin Regency in 2020 increased from Rp 19.97 trillion in 2019 to Rp 20.00 trillion.

The economy of Banyuasin Regency in 2020 grew 0.13 percent, slower than the economic growth in the previous year which reached 5.22 percent.

From the production side, growth was driven by 10 (ten) business field categories, with the highest growth being the Information and Communication Business Field which grew 14.83 percent.
