Socialization and Inauguration of GARDA Economic Census 2026

The 2026 Economic Census Guard Team of the Central Statistics Agency of Banyuasin Regency, represented by the Head of the SE2026 Team of Banyuasin Regency, M Iqbal, SE, participated in the Inauguration of the 2026 Economic Census Guard and the Socialization of SE2026 at the BPS of Sumatra Province, on Tuesday (27/5).

This activity is the first step to unite enthusiasm, strategy, and synergy in making the implementation of SE2026 a success. Strong collaboration is the key to producing accurate and quality economic data.

The activity, which was attended by related stakeholders and all BPS districts/cities throughout South Sumatra, including the Head of BPS of Banyuasin Regency, Basuki Rahmat, S.ST, M.Stat, was one of a series of SE2026 activities.

As is known, in 2026 BPS will hold an Economic Census which is the 5th Economic Census. The Economic Census conducted in Indonesia is conducted every 10 years, starting in 1986, 1996, 2006, 2016 and 2026. The 2026 Economic Census will record all economic activities in Indonesia.
