Susenas Officer Training March and Seruti First Quarter 2025 Batch 2

On January 23-25 2025, Banyuasin Regency BPS carried out training on the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) March and the Quarterly Economic Household Survey (Seruti) TW I for the second wave offline at the Sintesa Peninsula Hotel Palembang. The second wave of Susenas training was carried out online and offline. The second wave of online Susenas training was previously carried out on 20-22 January 2025. There were 28 people consisting of 2 National Instructors, 6 Field Inspector Officers, 18 Field Data Collector Officers, and 2 training committee members.

The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is a survey activity organized by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to collect information related to social, economic and population conditions in an area. The Susenas data results are excellent for various groups because they contain important information on the achievement of development targets such as poverty, Gini ratio and human development index.

The Quarterly Household Economic Survey (Seruti) is a household-based survey which is an integration of three surveys, namely the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), the Quarterly Household Consumption Special Survey (SKKRT), and the Special Household Savings and Investment Survey (SKTIR) which aims to to reduce duplication of activities and increase efficiency, as well as produce higher quality household economic statistical data.
